Wim Hof is known for climbing Everest in shorts, running a marathon in the Namib Desert with no water, and swimming under the ice in frozen lakes. He’s been injected with endotoxins in laboratories and shown that he can consciously control his immune responses.

But Wim is more than just a superhuman; he’s learned his powers through meditative techniques reminiscent of the ancient Yogis who sat naked in the frozen caves of the Himalayas.

We interviewed Wim for the Meditation Magazine podcast… check out the video interview below!

Kevin Ellerton
Kevin is an ever-changing flow of matter and energy that is often described as "human." From the perspective of those who perceive him as a discrete entity, Kevin has been traveling the world, teaching & writing about meditation since 2010. Kevin loves you and wants you to be happy. In his words, "we are all one consciousness," or some weird hippie crap like that.
